Delmon Precast has a fully integrated management system (IMS) which conforms fully to the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupation Health and Safety Management

The IMS details the systems, procedures and responsibilities for how the business operates with respect to management, administration, purchasing, sales, design, production, erection, testing and maintenance. The operating procedures within the IMS system ensures that the management team regularly reviews the performance of the company with regards to Quality and Health & Safety. The aim of this system is to improve our performance and processes to fully satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers and in striving for the goal of zero harm.
